Multi-purpose sports facility "Basket-hall was built in 2002. But it was the time only the small training hall for 1500 seats was operating. Large main Hall of the Basket-hall with a capacity of seven thousand spectators, opened in August 2003. Basket-Hall is modern Russia's largest universal sports facility for all types of playing sports.
In June 2005, the Basket-hall received the highest Russian award in the sports field-the first place for Best Sports Complex Russia National Award GROSS.
